When will my When God Says Journal ship?
The When God Says Journal is currently available for pre-order. All journals will begin shipping by October 18th. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your journal's journey to your doorstep.
How long will it take for my journal to arrive?
For customers based in the United States, your journal should arrive within 5 to 7 business days after it has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly based on your location. We will soon ship to Europe- more details on this will follow.
Can I get a refund?
At this time, we are not offering refunds on the When God Says Journal. However, if you receive a damaged product, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Simply send us a photo of the damaged journal to admin@protectsundays.com and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
